Database Clean Up
During a series of data import and patient deletion, some unlinked data may remain in the database. The data base clean up utiliy will clean them up.
It is accessed from the CyDAS Main Window
via the "Edit - Clean Up DB" menu:
Clean up removes any:
- Non-existing patients in groups or subgroups
- Non-existing groups or subgroups linked to patients
- Patients outside groups or subgroups
- Investigations without patients
- Karyotypes without investigations
- Cytoband data without karyotypes
- Unlinked References
The clean up procedure may take some time. You will be informed on the
clean up results:
